 Twifties in Action, Janice - Yoga and Kayaking
Janice is an ebullient and vital Twifty woman that we met on the Pier in Piermont. She swears by yoga for staying fit, and we watch her launch her kayak and paddle off into the sunset of the Hudson River. She loves the Birchwood Center in Nyack and Yoga Zone (now Yoga Works) in Irvington, NY.

 Sand Skiing on the Beach, Twifties Style
Mike Crocco traded in the Nordic Track for a pair of cross country skis and shooses 5 miles a day on Fort Laurderdale Beach. This Twifty well over 60 is in fantastic shape and health. See the video to find out how old (or young) he really is!

 Twifties Winter Games CT 2010
The Connecticut Ski Council in cooperation with Ski Sundown in New Hartford, CT arranged the Twifties Winter Games on Feb. 23, 2010. Twifties are the FUN people around 50 and up, and the games were open to people age 50 and up. Events were: Downhill Race, Giant Slalom, Cross Country Race, and Snowshoe Race. The ski races were open to snowboarders too. Meet some competitors like Ray Tallo,n and Shirley of the Newington Ski Club, watch them race and see how they stay fit and Twifty.
